The English summer transfer window closed on Friday morning AEST.
In a frenetic close to the window, a number of clubs completed last minute moves, most notably the likes of Fulham and Everton as they continued to spend big until the final moments.

DEADLINE DAY DEALS
Everton were the biggest winners on the day, landing three massive signings in quick time.
The Toffees picked up Brazilian international Bernard on a free transfer, before sealing a double raid of Barcelona for Yerry Mina (A$46m) and Andre Gomes (loan for $3.5m)
They are also on the verge of completing a loan move for Chelsea’s Kurt Zouma after submitting a deal sheet before the window slammed shut.
Leicester City signed Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu and sealed a $22.5m deal for Dinamo Zagreb’s 6ft 4in centre-back Filip Benkovic.
There was also news for the Aussies, as Socceroos starlet Daniel Arzani completed his move to Manchester City, before Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers confirmed a time frame for a subsequent loan move.
Chelsea completed the signing of Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid on a season-long loan.
The 24-year-old moved to London as part of the $60.5m deal that took Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid.
The Croatian World Cup finalist has played for both Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
West Ham United did more smart business as they took their total signings for the window to a whopping ten!
They kicked things off with the early pick up of Lucas Perez from Arsenal.
The 29-year-old played just 11 times for the Gunners before being loaned back to former club Deportivo La Coruna.
Before sealing a late deal for Colombian international Carlos Sanchez.
The Hammers finally concluded their business by selling midfielder Domingos Quina to Watford for an undisclosed fee.
While Cardiff have picked up midfielder Victor Camarasa from Real Betis on loan, the promotees also snared a loan move for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.
Wolves signed Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker on an intial loan deal, with a view for a permanent move in the summer. The 23-year-old made one appearance for the Red Devils at the World Cup and had previously been linked with Manchester United.
Fulham were also busy, picking up goalkeeper Sergio Rico on loan from Sevilla. But their biggest piece of business to close out a strong window was the signing of Marseille mdifielder Andre-Frank Anguissa for a huge $52m. As well as completing a deal for Bristol City’s Joe Bryan for $10m.
Newcastle rounded out a frustrating window for fans and manager Rafa Benitez alike by landing a last gasp signing – Swansea centre-back Federico Fernandez signing a two-year deal for a transfer fee of $10m.
There are still five moves in the works which have a little bit more time to be completed, after clubs lodged a ‘deal sheet’ with the Premier League before the 2am AEST deadline.
They are: Martin Montoya (Valencia to Brighton), Kurt Zouma (Chelsea to Everton), Timothy Fosu-Mensah (Manchester United to Fulham), Luciano Vietto (Atletico Madrid to Fulham), Danny Ings (Liverpool to Southampton).
